Product Marketing Manager

SEI is seeking a qualified Product Marketing Manager to join the Advisor business Marketing Team to support our investment and technology initiatives, and other services. This professional will work cross-functionally with the Advisor Marketing, Sales and Solutions teams and be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of asset management and technology programs, launches, collateral, and campaign management.

The ideal candidate will apply their marketing and financial services experience to package, promote and deliver investment and technology positioning and campaigns that are aligned with the business unit objectives and drive internal and external engagement. This role reports to the Advisor Marketing Director and is a member of the Advisor Marketing Leadership Team.

What you will do:
Lead the development of product positioning, messaging, collateral and cross-channel marketing campaigns within the Advisor business

Partner with product marketers across the global Asset Management business to drive alignment

Develop and manage a campaign process for go-to-market launches of new products, feature updates, and growth and engagement initiatives, and own those campaigns from inception to implementation, including leveraging SMEs, partnering with internal teams, and working with marketing data and analytics to optimize

Drive the creation of thought leadership content, such as presentations, blogs and webinars, that support our asset management and technology products, and other services

Partner with Product Management to help create compelling training materials, for internal and external audiences, that showcase key product and technology features

Create tools that help sales effectively and consistently deliver the right messages, positions growth in our total addressable market, and helps retain existing clients

Organize and deliver timely updates of investment and technology content that can be nuanced and applied across a channel marketing strategy

Implement a templated process for timely production of quarterly and thematic collateral and other marketing assets

Collaborate with strategic asset management partners to launch and support partnership programs

Evaluate and understand the competitive landscape and target market and package for use with the sales teams

Institute a measurement framework for product campaigns, launches and collateral that identifies goals and KPIs

What we need from you:
A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial services product marketing, preferably with an expertise in asset management and/or the financial intermediary business model

In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and trends

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative cross-functional organization

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, English or a related field
