The OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team as we launch the next generation of commerce solutions for mid-market retailers. As a Product Marketing Manager reporting directly to our CMO, you are in a highly cross-functional role focused on supporting the growth and momentum of our global portfolio of commerce solutions, including Neto by Maropost, Retail Express by Maropost, and new products as developed and launched. You’ll collaborate closely with the Product marketing team and cross-functionally with product, growth marketing, creative, marketing ops, sales, and customer success.


Responsibilities include:


  • Develops and owns product marketing roadmap for the various products.
  • Acts as project lead for product releases, liaising between product, marketing, sales, customer success, and Revenue Operations as needed.
  • Creates and executes on content strategy to support product positioning, differentiators as well as key value propositions.
  • Leads competitive intelligence for their products, including conducting research, gathering insights, creating battle cards, and enabling GTM teams.
  • Collaborates with product marketing teammates on release tiers, launch processes, and SLAs.
  • Owns creation, management, and GTM enablement for all current product messaging, value propositions, and key differentiators.
  • Monitor and manage accuracy of product listings on external sites, including review sites and social media.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer for your products, advocating for their use cases in product roadmap development.
  • Provided GTM teams all customer pain points, and developing content and campaigns that speak to them.
  • Develops product onboarding, adoption, and engagement journeys in collaboration with product and customer success.
  • Supports analyst relationships and report submissions in partnership with product leadership and CMO.
  • Monitors product usage and adoption KPIs, advising engineering and product teams on use cases for data-driven user engagement.
  • Serves as Subject Matter Expert within marketing on owned products, reviewing content, campaigns, and initiatives for accuracy, as needed.
  • Identifies and elevates synergies across products for a unified customer experience.


Qualifications:


  • 4 - 6 years in product marketing, marketing and/or product management in B2B SaaS
  • Knowledge of the commerce tech market (ecomm, POS, merchandising, inventory management, retail, etc.) with strong preference for at least 2 years of product marketing experience within this category
  • Ability to thrive in a global team and effectively collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Proficient in technical language enough to effectively collaborate with product, serving as a translator for the business -- turning technical specs into business value props the GTM team and the market.
  • Comfortable working with tools like Gainsight PX, Pendo, Miro, and others
  • Experience working directly with product managers and senior product leadership is a must.
  • Knowledge and understanding of PLG (Product Lead Growth) principals is an asset.
  • Preference given to candidates with previous experience and exposure to multi-product environments.
  • Proactive self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can manage multiple projects in parallel.
  • Outstanding follow-through and project management with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with an ability to build strong working relationships across levels and departments.
  • Flexes between analytical, strategic thinking and creative storytelling.
