The product marketing manager (PMM) is responsible for communicating about Interact's product suite both internally and externally. The PMM works closely with the product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to prioritize communication around products and features; identifies roadmap items that need more attention; works with marketing on developing campaigns and collateral; segments product messaging by audience (internal, customers, prospects). The PMM deeply understands each target audience's challenges and can explain how Interact's core features help solve those problems.
A Little About You...
- At least five years of product marketing experience, with significant experience working on enterprise SaaS products
- Proven track record of using multiple channels to communicate product news
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to tell a story around a product or feature
- Deep understanding of market trends and product lifecycles
- Must be comfortable collaborating with all levels of the company.
- Experience developing and supporting strategic marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of SalesForce, Asana, email marketing platforms
About The Role...
- In conjunction with product, develop quarterly and annual product marketing strategy
- Create and maintain product marketing calendar
- Translate technical details into benefits for the user
- Work with sales and marketing to plan and schedule campaigns
- Support sales and customer success in driving feature adoption and upsell efforts
- Work closely with head of customer marketing to coordinate webinars, collateral, training, etc. for existing customers
- Create library of product-based content for use by sales, marketing, and customer success
- Align all product marketing content with Interact's brand messaging and sales objectives
- Educate all internal stakeholders on roadmap, new feature rollouts, deployment timelines, messaging, and positioning
- Draft and communicate release notes via multiple channels
- Maintain competitive intelligence and keep various stakeholders appraised of competitive landscape
- Help marketing develop and maintain buyer and user personas
- Contribute to Interact's product storytelling voice
