We’re looking for a well-rounded Product Marketing Manager (Atlanta HQ, Flex or Remote) to develop and deliver go-to-market strategies for our innovative software products. As a key member of our team, you'll have the chance to showcase your skills in a broad range of product marketing competencies and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, sales, and client support. This role offers ample opportunities for personal and professional growth as our company continues a phase of rapid growth.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Research ⁠— Keep abreast of the market, customer insights, and competitive landscape that impact our product and customers

  • Product positioning and messaging ⁠— Help define and deliver product positioning and messaging that effectively resonate with our target audience

  • Go-to-market ⁠— Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for OnPay’s software products

  • Cross-functional collaboration ⁠— Work closely with teams across the organization on high-impact projects, including marketing campaigns and product launches

  • Sales enablement - Ensure teams have the resources and knowledge to effectively support customer acquisition and retention, product awareness, and cross-sell goals

  • Data ops and analysis — Analyze customer, lead, and research data in order to make product recommendations and improve marketing performance

  • Outstanding communication chops ⁠— You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skill, whether it’s writing copy or delivering a presentation to key stakeholders

  • Interpersonal skills ⁠— You are eager to build collaborative relationships, understand operations and requirements across teams, and work together to deliver successful projects

Education and Experience:

We want to say that you should have 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, but we’d hate to discourage anyone who doesn’t quite fit the bill. Some previous experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar is desirable. Not required, but you’d get bonus points for experience or education in the payroll, accounting, finance, or HR fields.
