Product Marketing Manager

The primary purpose of this position is to drive formulation and execution of global franchise strategy in support of the company’s short and long term revenue goals. The Product Marketing Manager will combine creative, strategic and tactical thinking with an analytical approach to improve key metrics across the assigned service and product portfolio utilizing both up and downstream marketing initiatives.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
  • Creates and executes marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Develops marketing plans including strategy, segmentation, messaging, pricing, target accounts and metrics
  • Supports the engagement and enablement of the sales force by identifying sales targets and creating sales enablement tools aligned with the sales process.
  • Works collaboratively with Marketing Communications to identify and create sales enablement.
  • Responsible for the development of marketing content in support of lead generation and other promotional activities.
  • Assesses market needs for product portfolio additions and develops business case for opportunity evaluation.
  • Defines marketing/customer requirements for new products conducting Voice of Customer and Voice of Clinical End User research.
  • Works collaboratively with product development teams and delivers marketing inputs outlined by ITGR development process. Drives team alignment with customer’s needs throughout the development project.
  • Develops and maintains market model for assigned markets.
  • Overseas and manages medical advisors.
  • Develops and maintains a pricing list, aligned with pricing strategy, by product line, market segment and based on volume considerations.
  • Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Performs other duties as required.
Education & Experience:
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in marketing, business or other related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience. Experience in medical devices or MDO industry required.
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent cognitive ability with strong technical and clinical acumen.
  • Must possess understanding of key financial concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze a marketing challenge and determine appropriate tactic in response to research results.
  • Experience in market research, analysis and strategy development.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to multitask and adhere to tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of core up and downstream marketing processes such as:
o Product Roadmap
o Marketing Plan
o Strategic Planning
o Business Case Development
o Marketing Campaigns
  • Specialized Knowledge:
o Understanding of global health care markets.
o Understanding of B2B marketing concepts.
