Product Marketing Manager

We're seeking a curious and innovative Product Marketing Manager to join our Product team. This role is an incredible opportunity to dive into product marketing, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to projects that impact our growth and success. Joining the Product team, you will help us tell the story of how our tools help our customers win and deliver work and grow with us. You’ll join a team of passionate, collaborative, and driven professionals working on industry-leading products.


What You’ll Do


  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products. Ensure Product Management, Sales and Customers Success teams are aligned on the timing and value of new products and features in the market.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand industry trends and identify customer needs.
  • Messaging and Positioning: Own the external-facing messaging and positioning for the product webpages, sales assets, and product releases to express the differentiated value of HCSS products.
  • Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling marketing materials. Including One-Pagers, Sales Presentations, Case Studies, white papers, and website content, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Product Launches: Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to plan and execute product launch campaigns to educate internal and external stakeholders about new features and products.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent HCSS at industry events, webinars, and conferences, establishing our products and company as leaders in the space.


What We’re Looking For


  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of SaaS platform solutions preferably in construction or a related industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to effectively measure results.
  • Creativity and thinking outside the box to quickly solve challenging problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a track record of establishing credibility with customers, prospects, business partners, sales, and customer support.
  • Ability to take ownership of the role and work independently.
