Product Marketing Manager

Summary


The Product Marketing Manager needs to be a team player, developing strong relationships with Product, Marketing and Sales. They will have to develop an understanding of the communications and cyber compliance market and act swiftly in response to the evolving needs of the business.


How will you contribute?


  • Product knowledge: Become a subject matter expert on the company’s products and the challenges they solve for our customers. Articulate the value propositions of our solutions across specific market segments. 
  • Product marketing strategy & delivery: Serve as a key member of our teams driving go-to-market strategy, product launches, product positioning, messaging, and collateral. 
  • Content creation: Create high quality web copy, customer-facing decks, sales enablement materials and other marketing collateral that bring to life how our solutions solve customer challenges. 
  • Sales enablement and demand generation: Play an integral role in supporting our demand generation teams as well as enabling sales and channel sales. 


What will you bring?


  • College Degree Or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • 3 + years’ experience in Product Marketing or related marketing discipline at a B2B SaaS technology organization. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including copywriting, both client-facing and internal 
  • Hands-on experience in creating compelling messaging and marketing strategies for different segments and personas 
  • A lifelong learner who can quickly get up to speed with new markets and industries and devise positioning and messaging solutions to impact key personas in those markets. 
  • Experience in RegTech, Compliance or CyberSecurity domain is a plus


$133,000 - $145,000 a year


The above salary range represents Smarsh's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting. Any applicable bonus programs will be discussed during the recruiting process. 


The salary for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, location, specialty and training. 


Local cost of living assessments are done for each new hire at the time of offer.
