Responsibilities & Objectives
Elemica’s Product Marketing Manager is integral to our success and serves as a trusted business leader developing and executing the go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, packaging and promotion of our SaaS products.
What You’ll Do
- Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to drive ICP refinement and quarterly growth plans in partnership with sales and marketing leaders.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and help drive pipeline, win rates and revenue growth.
- Lead product launches, including planning, coordination, and execution across cross-functional teams, ensuring successful release and adoption
- Develop and execute sales enablement to accelerate deal velocity and increase win rate conversions for your portfolio.
- Conduct customer and market research to inform our GTM priorities, packaging strategies, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct and use competitor analysis for positioning and sales enablement.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to create high-impact solution materials such as case studies, product videos, whitepapers, and blog posts
- Track and analyze product marketing KPIs to optimize strategies and ensure alignment with business goals
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing in an enterprise B2B SaaS company focused on Supply Chain Management / Execution or Planning, ideally with experience in Demand-based Planning.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing a multi-product product portfolio and driving pipeline growth
- Experience with competitive analysis, customer research, and market positioning
- Strong understanding of enterprise buyer needs, supply chain technology market dynamics, and the SAP ecosystem
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, compelling messaging
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet simultaneous and multiple deadlines
- Demonstrable experience articulating persona-based differentiated value propositions across the buying committee's journey
Education
- BS/BA in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
