Product Marketing Manager

Our global network of laboratories offer next generation molecular and flow cytometry panels to support our drug development entity and accelerate clinical trials. Our harmonized clinical laboratories offer a menu focused on clinically significant biomarkers which support therapeutic decisions, minimal residual disease (MRD) monitoring, patient stratification, trial enrollment, and the development of companion diagnostics. For almost 30 years, we have stood at forefront of precision diagnostics, and we’re just getting started!

We are looking to add a Product Marketing Manager to our Marketing Team.The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for contributing to product development, launch and post-commercial activities that may include: market analysis, working with KOLs, creation of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Aid in the management of all elements of the product lifecycle including market research, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, product launch, product maintenance and post market surveillance.
  • Works with the cross departmental teams to compile data for product design and requirements including market data, competitive analysis and feature prioritization.
  • Drives the development of high-quality technical content, using product specifications and information from subject matter experts, consisting of cross-functional team members.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to define product objectives and product effective marketing communication plans.
  • Develop product positioning strategies and messaging that differentiates our products from the competition leveraging digital and traditional channels.
  • Manages the marketing collateral, technical documentation and labeling (in various languages)).
  • Assures compliance/conformity with quality and regulatory guidelines.
  • Assess new product ideas and potential partnerships against customer needs and current market trends.
  • Ensures accuracy, clarity, appropriateness and consistency of documents.
  • Works with the graphic team to create cohesive, branded marketing materials.
  • Works with various ERP, CRM and Quality Management software.
  • Works with consultants and third-party vendors on marketing projects.

You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or other related discipline with 2+ years of commercial experience at a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company. MBA degree and marketing experience is highly preferred.
  • Prior oncology, NGS, molecular biology including nucleic acid extraction experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience in a regulated industry such as IVD is preferred.
  • Experience with content development, web design and SEM is helpful.
  • Proficient computer skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software programs.
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
