In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping the success of our product launches and go-to-market strategies, amplifying the impact of our SaaS platform in empowering non-profit organizations to achieve their missions through the power of technology. Collaborating closely with our product managers in India, you will be responsible for creating compelling content and materials that empower our customer-facing teams to effectively promote and sell our products. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your marketing expertise and strategic mindset to drive the growth of our SaaS business.


What You'll Do:


  • Champion product launches: Work closely with product managers in Guraon, India, to understand product features, benefits, and target market and Eevelop go-to-market strategies for new features and updates, crafting compelling messaging and ensuring smooth adoption by existing and potential customers.
  • Create engaging content: Write captivating product descriptions, case studies, blog posts, email campaigns, and website content that showcase the platform's value proposition and resonate with non-profit audiences.
  • Master video marketing: Develop and produce high-quality explainer videos, customer testimonials, and other video content that educate and inspire viewers.
  • Drive demand generation: Generate leads through engaging campaigns and initiatives, working closely with sales and marketing teams.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Conduct market research, analyze competitor landscape, and identify emerging trends to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Own the non-profit niche: Possess deep understanding of the non-profit sector and their unique challenges, translating it into effective marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate like a pro: Work seamlessly with product, development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product launches and marketing campaigns.


Who You Are:


  • 2-4 years of experience in product marketing for SaaS products, a bonus if focused on non-profits.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including messaging, positioning, and segmentation.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a knack for crafting clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • Video production experience, from concept development to editing and publishing.
  • Passion for the non-profit sector and their impact on the world.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also thriving in a collaborative environment.
