Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager, under limited supervision, manages the global pricing, promotion, and SKU consolidation plan to improve contribution margin, gross margin, and SKU efficiencies across all portfolios. Work closely with markets to provide relevant framework, tracking, and analysis needed to organize and support key pricing, promotion, and SKU management initiatives. Engage in global/regional research projects to support strategic.
The Product Marketing Manager is a member of the Nu Skin Global Product Marketing team. Under limited supervision, manage the product lifecycle of existing products in assigned categories to align with company strategies. Translate new technologies and/or current trends into unique product concepts that align with business strategies. Leverage a strategic balance and pace of product initiatives to achieve high consumer and distributor relevance and appeal in the assigned categories, leading to improved brand stature and sustainable actives, revenue, and earnings growth. Guide and influence co-workers as related to a particular brand. Communicate with internal and external sources relevant to Product Marketing. Perform other duties as assigned.

- Develop and manage global pricing, promotion framework, providing training as needed to help markets understand and follow the SOP
- Review promotion requests based on the global guidelines with timely approval or feedback
- Manage pricing and SKU efficiency reviews with all product managers
- Conduct global/regional pricing research projects
- Identify opportunities to improve global pricing and promotion processes
- Conduct deeper analysis to identify areas of improvement for global alignment and SKU efficiencies
