Product Marketing Manager

Role Overview


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness and adoption of foundation models starting with clients in Media and Entertainment. As a key member of our go-to-market team, you'll play a critical role in shaping our strategy and helping bring Twelve Labs to industry-leading businesses. This is a unique opportunity to create a market category and bring cutting-edge multimodal video models to market.


The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the Media and Entertainment landscape, strong product marketing experience, and ideally a background in investment banking or management consulting.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and validate hypotheses on the right go-to-market strategy for Twelve Labs to bring cutting-edge multimodal video models to the marketCollaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering to define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to Media and Entertainment customersCreate compelling content, including product collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and blog posts, to educate and engage prospects and customersPlan and execute product launches, campaigns, and events to generate demand and build brand awareness within the Media and Entertainment ecosystemPartner with sales and customer success teams to enable them with the necessary tools, knowledge, and insights to effectively sell and support our solutions, analyze market feedback, usage metrics, and customer data to inform product development and optimization effortsDevelop and manage relationships with key industry influencers, analysts, and partners to amplify our brand and thought leadershipMonitor and report on the performance of product marketing initiatives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to leadershipRequirements:


5+ years of product marketing experience, with a proven track record of successPreferred 2+ years of experience in investment banking or management consulting, with exposure to the Media and Entertainment sectorStrong understanding of the Media and Entertainment landscape, including key trends, challenges, and opportunitiesExceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messages for diverse audiencesDemonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, learn and iterate quickly to find the right path to successDeep curiosity and creative problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-makingCollaborative and cross-functional team player, with strong project management and leadership skillsWillingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, events, and conferences.
