(External) What You'll Be Doing:
This is a hybrid role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field
- 5 - 8 years marketing experience in Skincare space
- Experience in product development and product launch process
- Background in design and copywriting is a plus
- Experience in market analysis
- Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
- Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)

(External) What You'll Be Doing:
- Regularly conduct market and competitive analysis to understand the market, using those insights to develop launch plans and marketing plans designed to maximize product performance and drive sales
- Responsible for tracking product launch, product improvement, and product rationalization initiatives and ensure targeted milestones are met on time
- Manage all elements of marketing plan execution, including budget tracking, promotions, the development of collateral materials, sales and training guides, video production for new product launches, and any other elements identified within their respective category of responsibility
- Coach and mentor assistant with growth and development within the organization
- Expert-level understanding of Skincare, Personal Care and Beauty including market trends, competitive activity, category segmentation, consumer usage, and more
- Help define and execute the strategy, roadmap, and vision for products for respective categories
- Develop and execute go-to-market product and pricing strategies by studying data, market, competitive landscape, and category trends.
- Work with product marketing and R&D partners to identify disruptive product concepts that generate new opportunities for brand growth
- Perform market analysis, competitive shop and analyze sales trends to keep abreast of current trends. Obtain feedback from field to improve product
- Identify emerging trends and develop business strategies outlining strengths, weaknesses, new opportunities and threats. Communicate strategies to functional areas (Inventory, R&D, Marketing, Sourcing, Production, Packaging, Sales)
- Provide team(s) with final assortment plans, product details, target retails, estimated IMU, importance to overall assortment , launch positioning and plan
- Manage the product lifecycle and end-of-life process from start to finish with support from cross functional partners
- Monitor sales movement and recommend retirement, innovation, repositioning, or improvement.
- Hold self and others accountable for work commitments and outcomes.
- Lead a feedback loop to integrate consultant and customer feedback and insights into recommendations to grow/maintain/decline, as well as future product iterations & launches.
- Attend company field events to launch and train on new product introductions.
- Ensure that all product launches meet Arbonne’s commitments to sustainability as a B-Corp certified corporation
