We are a large Home Improvement Company in the Charlotte area who is looking for a leader to manage our canvassing team. We already have a strong team in place. We just need the leader to lead them. Experience running a large canvassing team is a must. Please DO NOT apply if you have not successfully run a canvass team of over 10 canvassers. We sell windows, siding, roofing, gutters and doors so you are not limited to just one product.

What we are looking for in a canvass manager:

The ability to lead a team from the FRONT. You must be in the field SHOWING not telling.

Ability to recruit - both in person and online ( we do have a full time recruiter to assist you).

Ability to interview and LAND candidates.

Ability to train new hires.

Ability to retain canvassers once on board.

Extremely competitive individual.

Reliable and dependable with transportation and a valid Drivers License.

Results oriented and driven.

Someone who not just likes to win but HATES to lose.

Long story short we are looking for a proven WINNER who has experience building and growing a canvassing crew. I can promise you no one in the industry pays canvass managers what we do, “if” you are the real deal.
