Product Marketing Manager

Robert Half is currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager for a client who is responsible for developing, leading, and supporting the implementation of the marketing strategy for their product offering in the USA in the automotive industry. The Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with internal and external partners to develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales goals and KPI.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive awareness, acquisition, and conversion for the client's product offering, ensuring achievement of sales goals, KPIs, and supporting product expansion.
Define hyper-targeted marketing and communication strategies and collaborate with vendors/channel owners to execute approved tactics.
Track and report campaign and event performance metrics to refine go-to-market tactics and strategies, aimed at improving overall ROI.
Manage ongoing customer persona, segmentation, and competitive analysis to direct strategy development.
Design dealer marketing tools to support dealers with the execution of market launch and ongoing local campaigns.
Assist Mobility Services Sales and Operations Managers and Area Marketing Managers with tools to support localized in-marketing efforts.
Work with the Public Relations Department to maximize media exposure.
Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI while adhering to internal processes to ensure spend is approved and appropriately allocated.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required. Master of Business Administration or other graduate degree preferred.
At least seven years of professional experience with tested experience constructing marketing plans encompassing strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging.
Experience in product market introduction and expansion, preferably in the automotive, mobility services, or luxury fields.
Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
Exceptional storytelling skills based on understanding customers' needs and behaviors.
Ability to think entrepreneurial and thrive with a varying level of ambiguity and uncertainty.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a positive, solution-oriented attitude and the ability to work with various stakeholders across different departments and organizations.
Proven planning, organization, and time management skills to meet fast-paced deadlines.
Demonstrated strategic and analytical skills.
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Advanced experience with standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
