As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be the creative force behind the success of our SaaS platform, responsible for planning and creating compelling content and materials that resonate with non-profit audiences. Working closely with our Product Leadership and Revenue (US) and product managers (India), you will be the go-to expert for all aspects of content creation to support product launches and go-to-market strategies.


What You'll Do


Work closely with Product Leadership (in Atlanta, GA) and product managers (in Guraon, India) to understand product features, benefits, and target markets


Write captivating product descriptions, case studies, blog posts, email campaigns, and website content that showcase the platform's value proposition and resonate with non-profit audiences.


Develop and produce high-quality explainer videos, customer testimonials, and other video content that educate and inspire viewers.


Work closely with Revenue Leadership to create product collateral supporting sales and customer success initiatives.


Conduct market research, analyze competitor landscape, and identify emerging trends to inform product positioning and messaging.


Possess deep understanding of the non-profit sector and their unique challenges, translating it into effective marketing strategies.


Work seamlessly with product, development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product launches and marketing campaigns.


Requirements


Who You Are:


2-4 years of experience in product marketing for SaaS products, a bonus if focused on non-profits.


Proven experience creating a wide range of collateral necessary to successfully launch a new software product, including but not limited to product descriptions, case studies, blog posts, email campaigns, website content, and other marketing materials.


Strong understanding of marketing principles, with a focus on content creation and stortytelling


Strong writing and editing skills, with a knack for crafting clear, concise, and engaging content.


Video production experience, from concept development to editing and publishing.


Passion for the non-profit sector and their impact on the world.


Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.


Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also thriving in a collaborative environment.
