Product Marketing Manager

Remote (Remte, Saldus, Latvia)

Location: Remote

Malbek is forging a new path — from products that delight to exceptional employees who make everything run smoothly, we differentiate ourselves with an outstanding product portfolio and our customer-centric approach. We believe customers should expect more from their contract lifecycle management (CLM) solution and are delivering on that vision. Malbek is making waves and disrupting traditional players in the LegalTech space.

We’re looking for a passionate Product Marketing Manager to join our energetic, customer-obsessed marketing team. We start from a position of putting our people first. Leading with empathy, we believe in working hard, prioritizing work-life balance, and long-term growth.

As Product Marketing Manager (PMM) at Malbek, you are the glue that binds our product strategy to the tactics we need to drive lasting results in sales and marketing. You will be responsible for communicating value and increasing sales effectiveness of our CLM solution. As a collaborative, self-starter who enjoys leading multiple high-priority projects, often with tight deadlines, the work you do will improve the buyer journey from awareness to advocacy.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to articulate Malbek’s unique value propositions to both technical users and buyers — specifically the business problems they aim to solve. You will have the opportunity to help shape the product and direction of the company by communicating market needs to Leadership, Product Management, Business Development, and Growth teams. Through effective storytelling, you will craft compelling messaging and positioning for the Legal, Sales, and Procurement audiences that educates prospects, builds customer advocacy, and deepens product adoption. This is the chance for you to get in early and grow with the company. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director of Growth Marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Elevate the role of Product Marketing at Malbek through collaboration and enthusiasm, while maintaining the customer voice.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Business Development, and Senior Leadership.
  • Become the champion of our products and learn the Malbek solution inside and out, particularly its competitive differentiators and problems it solves.
  • Serve as the go-to-market expert who owns strategy, messaging, positioning, competitive intelligence, launch/release, analyst relations, and sales enablement.
  • Understand the CLM competitive landscape and uncover innovative ways to disrupt a saturated market.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management and Marketing to develop positioning that resonates with our target personas.
  • Create original content that communicates Malbek’s core differentiators to prospects and helps them progress through the funnel (datasheets, blogs, white papers, webinars, sales tools, ROI calculators, etc.).
  • Work with Sales to refine our ideal customer profile (ICP), personas, and competitive battlecards.
  • Develop a plan for each of Malbek products in conjunction with the Marketing team.
  • Build strong relationships with integrated partners and affiliates to develop co-marketing playbooks and verticalized messaging.
  • Cultivate analyst relationships (Gartner, Forrester, etc.) and serve as the liaison for briefings, inquiries, and other research-related activities.
  • Act as a thought leader for Malbek products, including speaking engagements, attend trade shows, host webinars.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver presentations or demos to customers, prospects, and internal audience.
  • Experience working closely with Demand Generation to amplify key content and features.
  • Proven ability to oversee analyst relations through briefings, inquiries, and document reviews.
