Product Marketing Manager

Torrance, CA
The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of the company’s marketing, including product marketing, branding, digital marketing, promotions, and player relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement marketing strategies that increase consumer engagement, brand awareness, and sales growth across the companies sports brands.
  • Manage all elements of the product launch process by assessing product positioning, creating marketing collateral, and identifying target audiences.
  • Allocate marketing budgets to optimize initiatives and drive business results.
  • Develop strategies to drive customers to the website, improving the site's design, UX, traffic, and content.
  • Manage and develop a team of marketing professionals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target audiences, and industry trends to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and report results to relevant departments.
  • Keep up-to-date with consumer trends and the needs of local markets to ensure an in-depth understanding of the brand positioning compared to competitors.
  • Stay current on products, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing teams and working cross-functionally.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing and website strategy and management.
  • In-depth knowledge of tennis, badminton, and/or golf industries.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work through difficult situations with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
