As the Market Intelligence & Content Manager for Institutional markets you will create and drive a culture of continuous learning to achieve a deep understanding of Education and Healthcare end users with our internal team, sales team, leadership and channel partners with the goal of positioning Patcraft as the leader in these segments.


Please note that this position is based out of the Create Campus in Cartersville, GA.


Responsibilities


  • Oversee content creation and documentation processes, ensuring the effectiveness and relevance of materials for targeted audiences in Healthcare and Education segments
  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs, utilizing both in-person and virtual platforms, to enhance knowledge and skills for sales teams and customers.
  • Develop targeted strategies by defining subsegments within Institutional markets to define new products, services, and subscription offerings.
  • Research market trends and educate sales and marketing leadership on Institutional markets; collaborate with relevant teams to develop necessary products and marketing tools


Market Insights


  • Collaborate with Regional Vice Presidents to identify and seize market opportunities in Healthcare segments, driving local market strategy for growth.
  • Anticipate trends in Education and Healthcare markets, developing innovative solutions to secure Patcraft's leadership position in these sectors.
  • Gain market knowledge by traveling with Account Managers and represent Patcraft in Institutional advisory groups, establishing the brand as a leader in the segment.
  • Foster relationships within the segment, including strategic accounts, associations, clients, architects, and interior designers, to enhance brand awareness and accelerate growth; advocate for sales teams through Segment-based Sales Councils and Communities.


Sales Specialization & Alignment


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales alignment strategy covering all sales roles, from trainees to RVPs, ensuring coherence in sales development efforts.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to design and deliver training programs aligned with sales strategies, emphasizing the acquisition of essential competencies.
  • Establish clear success metrics and milestones in partnership with RVPs to measure sales team performance effectively.
  • Create and deliver educational content to enhance salesforce capabilities, driving revenue growth through continuous skill development and innovation.


Customer Enrichment


  • Work with product and marketing to find customer success teams and address customer needs through training content.
  • Identify customer priorities and develop and provide training materials to support learning needs.
  • Offer personalized continuing education content.
  • Expand digital training efforts.
  • Measure customer training success using key performance indicators.


Requirements


  • Solid instructional design and development skills that meet the requirements of the adult learner in both classroom and virtual learning settings.
  • Passion for technology and for adult learning and a desire to work in a team-focused creative environment.
  • Experience in on-site training, instructional design, eLearning course development and related tasks preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to be creative, flexible, and innovative in course design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills
  • Strong affinity for branding, design, and marketing
  • Ability to Lead Customer Discussions to Gain Insights
  • Ability to travel 25-30%
