Product Marketing Manager, Global Voice & Devices

· As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing and measuring marketing programs to drive awareness, adoption and growth of Alexa features. You will collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and data science teams, to create meaningful product positioning, develop the go-to-market strategy for your area, and own the execution of key launches and initiatives that bring new features to market and push the business forward.

· To succeed in your role, you will develop a deep understanding of customers and their needs as well as our product capabilities and roadmap, creating compelling campaigns to connect the two. The ideal candidate has the ability to work at both a strategic and tactical level, and demonstrates great project management and influencing skills to work across multiple teams to bring their ideas to life, and achieve success. Responsibilities:

· Define and maintain the messaging and positioning of product capabilities and features to our customers.

· Drive the global go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches, feature releases and updates.

· Document a detailed product marketing plan for upcoming initiatives, using data to support your ideas.

· Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization/globe to ensure internal product readiness.

· Own the development of customer-facing marketing assets (e.g. banners, emails, push notifications, webpages).

· Define requirements and influence product managers overseeing the roadmap for new marketing placements.

· Define success metrics, and design experiments to measure and report the impact of your marketing initiatives.

· Use internal tools to A/B test campaigns and automate wins.

· Research and present leading industry practices and apply insights to approach.

· Participate in ideation workshops that will define the a features roadmap going forward.

· Drive business case development, forecasting and ROI targets for marketing opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor Degree in marketing, advertising, business, communications and/or relevant field.

· 5+ years of product marketing experience (in technology, mobile/app, or a digital brand).

· Successful project manager with the ability to work quickly and with agility.

· Proven track record in launching products (from ideation to market release) that achieve business objectives.

· Can think analytically, strategically, and creatively. We are looking for a dynamic marketer who brings discipline but also an innovative perspective to the role.

· Must be able to build relationships and effectively communicate across teams.

· Experience working with marketing tools including email, web analytics, and CRM.

· Experience partnering closely with product and data science teams.

· Demonstrated ability to build, execute, and scale cross-functional marketing programs.

· Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.

· Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal stakeholders.

· Ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization and gain support for initiatives.

· Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.

· Have relentlessly high standards and a high attention to detail.

· Curious and energized by a deep understanding of what customers care about.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: From $86.00 per hour
