Marketing Product Manager

Our large high-tech client is hiring for a fully remote Product Marketing Manager. If you have a gaming background or are passionate about gaming, this role is for you!

Job Description:

As a vendor working on the Games Marketing team, you will support the 3rd Party Product Manager throughout the development and execution of go-to-market and lifecycle plans for various 3rd Party published titles on our gaming platforms.

This role will have the opportunity to work closely and partner with leads across the marketing ecosystem, the Console marketing ecosystem, and the owned and operated marketing organization including the social, .com and newsletter teams, as well as work closely with marketing teams at key game publishing partners.

Key to the role is being comfortable working with publishers as well as strong organizational and communication skills, all within a proactive mindset. Proven ability to collaborate within a highly matrixed organization is also necessary for success.

Responsible to drive partner management, strategy and execution for 3p publishers and games, including cross-organizational collaboration to ideate and implement GTM plans.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Collection, receipt, tracking, aggregation and distribution of game assets to and from publisher partners and Marcom to key contacts internally and externally for use in global consumer marketing campaigns, regional executions, channel marketing, owned channel global programming, PR events, retail toolkits, etc.
  • Organize, manage and lead weekly and monthly updates including status updates to regional teams and key stakeholders as well as development and publishing partners.
  • Drive execution of key marketing programs when needed, including brand and collateral approvals, creation of executional materials (i.e. websites, fulfillment locations, etc.) and partner approvals.
  • Project Management responsibilities include: maintaining regular updates and reporting documents, asset management, SOW and PO’s, approval routing, etc.
  • Supporting globally prioritized events around the world with centralized communication, asset management, regular communications and management of game builds throughout the campaign.
  • Ability to independently manage all lifecycle marketing moments in concert with a publisher partner if needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years related work experience
  • Experience working in gaming roles/marketing roles/interfacing with numerous external facing customers
  • A self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal follow up
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated problem identification / resolution skills
  • Ability to work successfully in ambiguous environments
  • Passion and knowledge for gaming and entertainment required, experience preferred
  • Expertise in SharePoint management or strong PPT design and storytelling skills are a huge value add
