Who You Are
We’re seeking a Market Intelligence Director passion for uncovering market insights to drive strategic decision-making. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, combining analytical thinking with hands-on execution to deliver actionable intelligence. Your ability to connect the dots, understand market trends, and translate insights into strategies positions you as a trusted advisor for our leadership team. You are not just a data analyst; you are a proactive partner who anticipates market shifts and collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the market intelligence function, setting the strategy and vision for the team
- Oversee research and analysis on market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes
- Generate insights and strategic recommendations based on data analysis to inform company-wide decisions
- Collaborate with product, marketing, sales and executive teams to understand research needs and align efforts
- Manage external research partners and consultants as needed for specialized market studies
- Communicate key findings and implications to executive team and other stakeholders
- Establish systems, processes and best practices for the market intelligence function
- Build and develop a high-performing market intelligence team
Your Skills And Experience
- 7+ years of experience in market intelligence, market research, or a related field
- Proven track record of leveraging market insights to inform business strategy
- Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, dynamics and regulations
- Expertise in market research methodologies - qualitative and quantitative
- Experience managing and mentoring analysts
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to engage cross-functional teams
- BA/BS degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
