The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for optimizing Bluebeam’s global Sales team execution through an optimization of process, utilization of training resources, GTM system refinement and access, and other means. This role enables more efficient and effective revenue generation across all Sales teams by leading the effort to establish, streamline, and improve internal and external operations. This role works closely with Sales leadership and managers to understand team structures, current sales processes, and future sales strategy to support team growth, operational scalability and sales team effectiveness.
About The Role
- Develops and maintains framework for successful sales staff via successful onboarding and ongoing enablement. Partners with training teams to ensure initial and ongoing training is administered and effective.
- Aligns with sales leadership to evaluate, design and improve sales efforts through efficient processes, optimized tools and effective sales personnel. This requires the ability to translate revenue goals into new executable processes while identifying bottlenecks to streamline existing operations and increase overall efficiency and sales effectiveness.
- Works closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product to structure and define sales enablement needs while ensuring proper execution.
- Partners with Sales management and leadership to understand future strategic growth plans to drive operational initiatives to meet those goals.
- Thoroughly documents (both directly or through other teams) the processes, workflows and creates standard operating procedures for Sales and Sales Operations.
- Ensures processes are thoughtfully designed, successfully instructed to users, and executed to maximize efficiency and increase sales velocity. Partners with Salesforce Admins/Engineers to eradicate errors in systems, identify root causes and develop action plans to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Represents Sales Enablement to other teams, both within the GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and other Bluebeam departments (Finance, Product, Legal, Business Systems), acting as a liaison to ensure alignment across departments.
- Partners with procurement to evaluate, implement, advise and manage sales technology tools. Monitors tool integrations, ensures access and optimizes performance for sales teams.
- Oversees collaboration between the Sales and Marketing teams, lead, develop and execute vision for sales pipeline and velocity programs, identifying and pitching new opportunities that support business objectives.
- Collaborates with Data Operations to develop executive and manger dashboards that show how Sales motions are driving revenue & ROI.
- Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement within the sales enablement workflow. Implement process enhancements and best practices to streamline operations.
About You
- 6+ years of Sales Operations or Sales Enablement experience (or 2+ years with relevant master’s degree)
- 3+ year(s) management experience
- 2 + year(s) international sales and indirect sales overlay
- Bachelor’s degree (see above for graduate requirements)
- Driving efficiency and improving sales processes
- CRM tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics
- Data Intelligence and Sales development/enablement tools like Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Outreach, Gong etc.
- Data Analysis and reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is: $105,800 - $132,100
