About The Team And Role
eBay is seeking a talented and dynamic product marketer to drive inbound and outbound product marketing efforts to create for experiences within partnerships and social sharing. This is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of the eBay marketing team working with the paid media, MarTech, design and partnership product teams to support new and existing partnership integrations for eBay listing activity across multiple 3rd party marketplaces. This role will partner cross-functionally with product, design, research, marketing, communications, customer service, and market teams.
You will partner with research and data science to synthesize inbound research informing your product marketing recommendations across product strategy and go-to-market. You will collaborate with product and design to influence product value proposition and in-product content, will develop the product market positioning plans, and will work across marketing and communication channel partners to influence execution of outbound demand and adoption plans.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is a catalyst for launching and driving complex projects, a strong communicator who proactively provides status visibility to executives, and collaborates end to end across the product lifecycle to execute with high impact. You have a passion for ecommerce, and a deep understanding of social marketplace partnerships and integrations to drive engagement, sales, and foster our community of enthusiasts!

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.
$139,600 - $207,900
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
