We are seeking a Senior Manager of Product Marketing to support the development and execution of go-to-market positioning, messaging, and sales enablement across Trio’s platform and solutions. This role will help translate complex product capabilities into compelling market narratives that support demand generation, strengthen competitive differentiation, and enable the sales team to win.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will partner closely with marketing, sales, and product stakeholders to ensure Trio’s messaging, product launches, and enablement efforts are aligned with business priorities and customer needs.

This position is an individual contributor role with significant cross-functional collaboration and the opportunity to help shape the evolution of the product marketing function as the company grows.

Principal Responsibilities:

Positioning and Messaging

  • Support development and refinement of positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for Trio’s solutions.
  • Translate product capabilities into clear and compelling messaging tailored to key buyer segments.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across marketing campaigns, website content, and sales materials.

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Support go-to-market planning and execution for new features, solution launches, and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop messaging briefs, launch materials, and internal enablement documentation.
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to align campaign messaging with product value propositions.

Sales Enablement

  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, solution briefs, and competitive battlecards.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify enablement needs and improve sales readiness.
  • Support key deals with messaging, competitive context, and solution articulation when needed.

Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor the competitive landscape including messaging, pricing models, and market positioning.
  • Maintain and update competitive battlecards and insights for the sales and marketing teams.
  • Share relevant market insights with marketing, sales, and product stakeholders.

Market and Analyst Insights

  • Support analyst engagement efforts by assisting with briefing preparation and follow-up actions.
  • Monitor industry reports, analyst research, and market trends to inform messaging and positioning.
  • Contribute insights that help refine Trio’s market narrative.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product stakeholders to ensure market insights inform messaging and launch strategy.
  • Work closely with demand generation and content teams to ensure campaigns reflect strong product narratives.
  • Help establish consistent product marketing processes and templates.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree (MBA or relevant discipline) preferred.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market marketing, or related B2B marketing roles.
  • Experience developing messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials.
  • Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions.
  • Experience supporting go-to-market launches or campaigns.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare, workforce management, staffing, or healthcare SaaS.
  • Exposure to competitive intelligence or market analysis.
  • Familiarity with enterprise B2B sales cycles and buying committees.
  • Experience with modern marketing and sales tools (for example HubSpot, Navattic, ZoomInfo, or Miro).
  • Experience supporting product launches in a growth-stage organization.

Location:

  • This role is hybrid for candidates located within a reasonable commuting distance to our Edmond, OK or Frisco, TX offices. Candidates outside a reasonable distance from either office are eligible for a fully remote arrangement.

Compensation:

  • The expected base salary range for this position is $112,000 to $140,000 annually. The final compensation offered will be determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
