Sr. Director of Product Marketing, Cross-Platform

At NetApp, we are in an exciting phase of rebuilding and developing a top-tier Product Marketing function, and we are looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader to join us as our Sr. Director of Product Marketing for some of our most strategic, cross platform areas including ONTAP, Keystone and cross-platform projects.
As the Sr. Director of Product Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving all product, solutions and technical marketing efforts end-to-end for these areas of the NetApp Portfolio. You will also be a key player in the creation and establishment of a centralized Product Marketing function. This pivotal role requires a leader who can seamlessly collaborate with product management, corporate marketing, sales, and executive leadership to drive growth and achieve market leadership for the NetApp Data Platform across your specific area of business and our entire portfolio.
Your mission will be to build and develop a world-class Product Marketing Team, craft compelling product marketing messaging and strategies, and be a strategic leader and partner to the Product Leadership team. You will enable our sales teams with high-impact tools and materials, leverage market insights to inform product roadmaps,
and ensure cross-functional alignment to deliver consistent messaging and execution across all touchpoints. Additionally, you will lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, drive product-led growth, and establish key performance indicators to track the success of our marketing efforts.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 245,650 - 365,200 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
