This role builds scalable enablement programs, refines sales plays, and drives the behaviors and competencies that accelerate revenue growth. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to make sure every sales motion reinforces our mission to connect and automate the construction materials supply chain.
How You’ll Succeed

-Build Strategic Sales Plays: Create actionable playbooks and campaigns focused on expanding footprint within our customer base, promoting complementary solutions, and articulating the business value of transitioning to our cloud platform.
-Enable Performance through Tools and Content: Manage and continuously improve enablement tools (Salesforce, Gong, Clari, etc.) to ensure content is organized, relevant, and adopted. Partner with Marketing and Product to ensure messaging consistency across collateral and presentations.
