The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will play a critical role in accelerating MinIO's growth trajectory by designing, developing, and implementing effective sales enablement programs. This strategic position will collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance sales effectiveness, refine selling strategies, and improve pipeline management empowering our sales team to achieve and exceed business goals as we continue to expand our market presence in the software-defined storage space.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training content that covers product knowledge, competitive positioning, objection handling, and technical demonstrations specific to MinIO's object storage solutions
- Record yourself delivering training materials for on-demand access by the global sales team and partners
- Coordinate the annual sales kickoff event, including agenda planning, speaker coordination, and content development
- Deliver live virtual sales training for partners, ensuring alignment with MinIO's messaging and technical capabilities
- Review recorded sales calls to identify best practices, success patterns, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product marketing, product management, and sales operations to ensure alignment with MinIO's value proposition, selling methodology, and sales processes
- Develop quarterly training content based on company priorities and global launch calendar to be assigned through our learning management system
- Design and implement continuous learning strategies aimed at enhancing productivity and performance across the sales organization
- Conduct skills gap analyses in collaboration with sales leadership, identifying challenges in the market and proposing improvement strategies
Your skills and experience:
- Strong conceptual knowledge of the technology industry, including public and private clouds, AI/ML workloads, DevOps, cloud native applications, and modern data infrastructure
- Experience with software-defined technologies, open source software, and developer-focused products
- Completion of at least one formal sales training program (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC, Value Selling)
- 3+ years in a direct selling, quota-carrying role with demonstrable success
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in sales enablement roles, showcasing a proven track record in enhancing sales effectiveness
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly
- Proficiency with sales enablement and learning tools such as LMS platforms, Salesforce, content creation tools, and presentation software
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams
