The team is driven to make healthcare more accessible for all Americans. We’re looking for a dedicated, full-time Senior Regulatory Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. 

The Senior Regulatory Sales Enablement Specialist works collaboratively with the regulatory, sales, marketing, and product management teams. They are responsible for understanding the regulatory environment (including newly enacted and proposed regulations) and the associated client impacts. Using this knowledge, they will build and support the strategies to train sales teams on the regulations, client impacts and product alignment, therefore enhancing sales opportunities and driving commercial success. In addition, they will support the strategy and development of Quest Analytics’ regulatory thought leadership, regulatory product positioning and messaging, and regulatory sales enablement strategy. 

What you'll do:

    • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between regulatory, product development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on regulatory requirements, product positioning, and downstream sales strategy.
    • Regulatory Downstream Strategy: Develop regulatory downstream commercial sales strategies and go-to-market initiatives, in alignment with national and regional sales leadership teams.
    • Sales Training/Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs and sales collateral to educate the sales team on market-specific regulations, product features, and associated sales plays.
    • Product Alignment/Messaging: Ensure that our products are positioned as solutions that meet regulatory requirements, enhancing their appeal to potential customers.
    • Regulatory Environment Analysis: Understand and stay updated on the regulatory requirements of identified markets.
    • Market Intelligence: Working with the regulatory team, report on regulatory changes and trends that could impact sales strategies and opportunities.
    • Regulatory Content for Health Plans and Regulators: Support content development such as policy briefs, videos, executive summaries, blogs, podcasts, etc. that can be used by sales and clients and regulators to understand and respond to regulatory requirements.
    • Regulatory Communications Management: Support the regulatory management team in coordinating and managing regulatory communications across the organization. This includes developing communication plans, ensuring timely dissemination of regulatory updates, and maintaining consistency in messaging.
    • Regulatory Advocacy Support: Support regulatory team with presentation and communication materials as they participate in industry forums and regulatory discussions. 
    • Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to understand how competitors are addressing regulatory requirements and identify opportunities for differentiation.
    • Participate in the training and/or mentoring programs as assigned or required.

    • Responds to the needs and requests of clients and Quest Analytics management and staff in a professional and expedient manner
    • Other Duties as Assigned

What it requires:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred 
    • 7+ years’ experience in product marketing, sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support 
    • 3+ years of experience with a SaaS software provider, preferably in the healthcare IT industry
    • 5+ years of experience with healthcare, payer or regulatory  
    • Experience with sales content management systems 
    • Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of the sales cycle 
    • Strong project management skills
    • Ability to collaborate and work among many internal departments
    • Experience in executing change management initiatives 
    • Strong attention to detail  
    • Ability to learn while at the same time deliver results  
    • Strong communication skills 
    • Proven ability of solving complex issues
    • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
    • Excellent troubleshooting, listening and problem-solving skills
    • Customer focused
    • Works well in a team environment
