At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate — not incrementally, but end-to-end. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.

This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. With 500+ customers in 50+ countries, strong product-market fit, and world-class investor support, we’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.

Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to the mission. We move fast, operate with intensity, and take real ownership of the problems we tackle — from early thinking to long-term outcomes. We stay close to our customers — from leadership to engineers — and work together to solve real problems with urgency and care. If you thrive in ambiguity, push for excellence, and want to help shape the future of work alongside others who raise the bar, we invite you to build with us.

At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced B2B Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing function. At Harvey, PMMs operate like general managers for their product areas or customer segments, owning go-to market strategy, launch execution, internal enablement, and ongoing adoption. You should be equally comfortable shaping high-level positioning and go-to-market strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves to build content, run launches, and enable the field. This is a high-visibility role that works closely with Marketing, GTM, Product, and executive leadership to drive meaningful customer and business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive positioning & messaging for whole product lines & customer segments, grounded in deep product, user, and market understanding

  • Define and refine ICPs, using insights to shape roadmap input, messaging, and go-to-market strategy

  • Lead the execution of product and feature launches, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Enablement teams

  • Create compelling content to drive product/revenue traction — this may include pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and onboarding materials

  • Collaborate with customers to create compelling case studies and testimonials, and promote these stories across various channels to drive leads and brand trust

  • Conduct and synthesize market and competitive research to inform positioning, support sales, and position Harvey to win in a competitive legal AI landscape

  • Partner closely with the GTM team to deliver product training, competitive insights, and enablement content

  • Collaborate with our Brand team to ensure message consistency across channels while elevating Harvey’s position as the leading legal AI platform

  • Work effectively with our founders and exec team

  • Help steer the growth of our PMM and Marketing organizations

What You Have

  • 6-10 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Management Consulting, or Product Strategy

  • Experience in a B2B / commercial environment

  • Experience marketing to large Fortune 100 and professional services customers

  • Eager to move fast & drive impact — you’d rather build an imperfect one-pager quickly that is used by many people and customers than a perfect one that collects dust

  • Strong communication with the ability to build meaningful stakeholder relationships.

  • Ability to differentiate valuable signal from noise

  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous cross-functional projects across Product, GTM, and Founders

  • Big picture thinking while still delivering on the details

Compensation Range

$165,000 - $195,000
