We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive - Sales Enablement to join our dynamic team. This role is integral in supporting our sales initiatives, enhancing our customer interactions, and ensuring seamless operations within the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in presales or sales roles, with experience in client interactions and a solid understanding of business requirements for a US audience.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • HubSpot Management:
  • Update and maintain HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and manage dashboards for tracking sales performance and metrics.
  • Internal Reminders & Tracking:
  • Set up internal reminders for key deadlines and follow-ups.
  • Track project progress and updates, ensuring effective communication within the team.
  • NPS Reachouts:
  • Coordinate and execute Net Promoter Score (NPS) outreach initiatives.
  • Analyze feedback and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Deal Tracking & Dashboarding:
  • Monitor and manage deal pipelines, ensuring all relevant information is captured.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to visualize deal progress and sales forecasts.
  • Support to US Team:
  • Provide dedicated support to the US sales team, aligning with their time zone and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize sales processes and workflows.
  • Client Call Involvement:
  • Participate in client calls to understand business requirements and enhance customer relationships.
  • Assist in preparing materials and presentations for client interactions.
 
Expected competencies and skills:
  • Strong understanding of business requirements and dynamics in a US market context.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
