The Director of Product Marketing –Clinical & Efficiency will be responsible for driving the Clinical & Efficiency portfolio strategy, go-to-market and product marketing, generating revenue and profitability for the business line.
This role will lead the Product Management team, helping them to adapt products to the US market, creating pricing strategies and reaching marketing goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for the clinical team, providing guidance on clinical demos processes and procedures and effectively converting these engagements into sales. In this role you will partner closely with Sales, Regional Leadership, and Global Product teams to translate portfolio strategy into commercial success across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership:
Drive business line objectives in revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Make decisions on administrative and operational matters to achieve strategic goals.
Portfolio Strategy:
Lead the Product Management team and provide guidance on strategy, go-to-market and pricing strategies.
Serve as a subject matter expert on market trends and competitive positioning.
Team Management:
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Marketing Managers and Clinical Consultants.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with sales, operations, Customer Success and other functional teams to design and execute marketing programs.
Align operational strategies with overall business objectives.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business line strategy.
Communicate campaigns, programs, and pricing effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in product marketing within healthcare technology, digital health, or enterprise software.
Strong track record of driving adoption and revenue growth in the North America market.
Deep knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems, provider workflows, and enterprise sales environments.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at executive and C-suite levels.
Experience leading marketing teams and collaborating effectively in a matrix organization.
Will require approximately 50%60% travel

The base pay range for this position is:
$212,730 - $292,501Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
