Role Summary

GTT is seeking a natural leader who is analytically minded and focused on business development and growth. The ideal candidate can work both strategically to define plans to improve business process and performance, work with cross functional partners on cohesive development plans for both sales and customer experience, with the ability to deliver results through one’s own direct team or by working in a cross functional team environment.

Job Scope/Supervision

This position will work with cross functional partners on cohesive development plans for both sales and customer experience, with an ability to deliver results through their own team or by working with other internal teams. The position reports to Director, Sales Enablement.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage documentation for playbooks, policies and job aids in Workiva and SharePoint.
  • Conduct audits and provide reporting on client data and orders.
  • Enablement of Sales regarding queries on processes and system updates.
  • Provide analysis, ROI and recommendations on process changes
  • Support the vision on strategic plans and systems roadmap
  • Frequent reviews of industry best practices and tools
  • Lead on special projects as required by sales operations and senior leadership

Required Experience/Qualifications

  • Skilled in data analytics and inspection of quotes-to-order, processes, and go-to-market practices.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills – must interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to listen, absorb and understand accurately.
  • A strong level of business acumen and ability to confidentially manage sensitive data and situations.
  • Planning/Organizing – Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently.
  • Microsoft Software Suite – Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Preferred experience with CRM systems, JIRA and sales tools.
  • Internet/Sales Tools – Can easily navigate web sites/apps

Desirable Experience/Qualifications

  • Experience of working with Sales teams using formal Sales Methodology Practices (TAS)
  • Business process and systems development experience
  • Training and/or employee development experience
  • Experience in an analytical role Teamwork – Balances team and individual responsibilities; Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; Gives and welcomes feedback; Contributes to building a positive team spirit.Adaptability – Manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; Change’s approach or method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
