The Opportunity
The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for executing the sales enablement strategy, to equip the Growth organization with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively sell products/services and close deals. This role will also be responsible for leading and managing Sales Enablement project timelines and coordination, as well as tracking success metrics. This role will work closely with the Sales Enablement Manager and Product Marketing as well as key stakeholders in the Growth and product organizations to develop this cross-functional strategic approach
Day in the Life
Create strategies for the development and implementation of sales enablement programs including training, onboarding, sales tools creation and content that help drive awareness and drive sales/renewals for the organization.
Collaborate with growth leadership and executive management to define sales support initiatives.
Work closely with Sales Enablement Program Manager, Product Marketing Managers and other key stakeholders to create sales enablement initiatives for the Growth organization on a regular basis using the latest industry insights and product developments that support the company’s goals and vision.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the Marketing, Growth and executive teams within the organization to develop and execute a successful sales enablement strategy.
Work cross-departmentally with leaders of other departments including Growth and other departments as needed to achieve shared goals.
Liaise with Product Marketing for up-to-date product information and ensure resources in Seismic are updated regularly.
Lead and coordinate Sales Enablement project timelines and coordination.
Support the sales enablement platform and content repository and ensure accessibility.
Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices.
Train the Growth organization on the best use of marketing and sales enablement materials.
Support development and execution of onboarding program for growth organization
Assist in client-meeting presentation preparation as needed.
Gather feedback from the Growth organization on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs through the established Sales Enablement Feedback Loop and Task Force.
Organize and conduct monthly sales enablement webinars to ensure the Growth organization has the most updated tools and collaborate in planning sales meeting content as necessary.
Responsible for reporting risks that are identified to the appropriate team and/or management. Additionally, responsible for managing, monitoring and reporting risks within the scope of their work area, to include, but not limited to Information Security risks.
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
2+ years sales enablement experience or a related field.
1-2 years experience administering Seismic preferred.
Experience building sales training programs preferred.
Experience working in a business-to-business sales environment required.
Familiarity with sales methodologies and content management systems is a plus.

Pay Equity
$67,700.00 - $86,300.00Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
