About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Channel Enablement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that empower and support our channel partners to drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partners are well-equipped to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

What you'll do

  • Develop Enablement Programs: Design and implement channel enablement programs and initiatives aimed at improving the productivity of our channel partners.
  • Partner Training and Support: Provide ongoing training, support, and resources to partners to ensure they are well-versed in product offerings, sales strategies, and customer success.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of channel partners to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights for growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, marketing) to ensure alignment on strategies, goals, and messaging that resonate with partners.
  • Resource Development: Create and maintain a repository of sales enablement tools, assets, and documentation for channel partners.
  • Onboarding New Partners: Lead the onboarding process for new channel partners to ensure they are quickly integrated and aligned with company objectives.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect and relay feedback from partners to internal teams to refine products, messaging, and strategies based on market needs.
  • Sales Growth: Drive partner sales effectiveness through continuous training, sales coaching, and promoting best practices.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to ensure the company’s offerings are competitive and relevant.

What you are required to bring

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in channel management, sales enablement, or a related role within a B2B environment.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage partner relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to identify challenges and find creative solutions that drive partner success.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to assess partner performance and determine areas for improvement.
  • Knowledge of Sales Tools: Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement platforms such as HubSpot, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator others.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the company’s industry, products, and target markets is preferred.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
