The Opportunity

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will have a broad range of enablement responsibilities. You will support the sales team through training, creating reference guides, providing direct assistance, and facilitating workshops. Your responsibilities will include managing a website repository for sales and marketing information, organizing and tracking training using a curriculum library, creating custom on-demand training lessons, facilitating a weekly sales call, and by directing projects or serving on project teams.

You will also research and deploy new tools to facilitate and increase efficiencies in the sales process. This role is ideally suited for someone that has a sales background, is organized, can handle multiple responsibilities, and has training development experience.

This role is hybrid based in our Alpharetta, GA office three days per week with occasional travel (2-4 times per year).

What You Will Do

  • Maintain a repository of sales and marketing information for sales team access.
  • Develop (with tools), assign, and track on-demand training lessons.
  • Develop and track live training sessions.
  • Manage multiple projects as lead or team member.
  • Collaborate with all vertical sales leadership to provide training, documentation, and assistance for their sales teams to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Facilitate workshop-type sessions to support sales training and other sales initiatives.

Requirements

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Strong understanding of the sales process and buyers journey.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training, both in person, via teams and using LMS software.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and apply new software programs.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
