The Sales Enablement Specialist drives operational excellence within Commercial Excellence, Americas team by designing and managing the systems, content, and processes that empower sellers and channel partners to perform at their best. This role focuses on building scalable frameworks, standardizing best practices, and enabling data-driven decisions, ensuring consistency, compliance, and high performance across regions and go-to-market channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process & Best Practice Enablement – Develop, document, and maintain standardized sales processes, playbooks, and governance models that drive consistency and operational discipline across the organization.
  • Performance Management & Insights – Track, analyze, and communicate key sales performance metrics (win rate, funnel velocity, time-to-productivity, content usage); translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Content Management – Curate, organize, and continuously improve sales and training materials (playbooks, presentations, messaging guides) to ensure alignment, version control, and easy access.
  • Sales Tools & Platforms – Own and optimize enablement and analytics platforms (LMS, CRM enhancements, MapMyCustomers, BigTinCan/Seismic/Allego, etc.), driving adoption and acting as the point of contact for upgrades and best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with marketing, product, training & enablement, and commercial excellence leadership to ensure tools, content, and messaging support strategic priorities across direct and indirect channels.
  • Events & Communications – Plan and execute enablement events, launches, and communications to keep commercial teams and distributors informed and aligned on initiatives, tools, and processes.
  • Operational Excellence Projects – Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives such as sales process automation, dashboard roll-outs, maturity assessments, and other efforts to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the sales engine.

Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales Operations, Finance, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or deal desk support.

Exposure to CRM (Salesforce), CPQ tools, and sales enablement platforms.

Basic understanding of contract compliance, pricing governance, and sales support processes.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process execution.

Ability to analyze data and generate insights for process optimization and reporting.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales and finance teams.

Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and develop expertise in revenue operations.

The annual base pay for this position is:

Min $64,500 - Max $96,700

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
