Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the program managers design and deliver exceptional onboarding experiences that accelerate time-to-productivity
- Manage new hire programs, ensuring projects stay on track, meeting established timelines and milestones while communicating progress effectively to stakeholders.
- Measure and report on program effectiveness.
- Design engaging course content, leveraging interactive media, audio, video, and multimedia elements, ensuring alignment with key learning objectives.
- Update and maintain all new hire training materials.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members to reinforce learning and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate internally with key stakeholders to execute training programs effectively.
Qualifications:
- 5 years enablement experience.
- Experience building and managing onboarding programs.
- Excellent Program management experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in facilitating dynamic and interactive virtual meetings.
- Experience in developing training content.
- Ability to work on multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
