Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with the program managers design and deliver exceptional onboarding experiences that accelerate time-to-productivity
  • Manage new hire programs, ensuring projects stay on track, meeting established timelines and milestones while communicating progress effectively to stakeholders.
  • Measure and report on program effectiveness.
  • Design engaging course content, leveraging interactive media, audio, video, and multimedia elements, ensuring alignment with key learning objectives.
  • Update and maintain all new hire training materials.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members to reinforce learning and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate internally with key stakeholders to execute training programs effectively.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years enablement experience.
  • Experience building and managing onboarding programs.
  • Excellent Program management experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in facilitating dynamic and interactive virtual meetings.
  • Experience in developing training content.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
