We are looking for a strategic Sales Enablement Manager to equip our sales team with the tools, resources, and training needed to excel in mortgage benefits sales. You will focus on streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring that the team is well-prepared to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tools, resources, and support to enhance sales team performance.
  • Design and deliver training programs to address skills gaps and improve outcomes.
