Sales Enablement Manager

Remote-based role.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and accelerate pipeline growth by aligning with BigPanda’s go-to-market strategy through both onboarding and continued enablement.

• Decrease ramp time by building programs and strategies to quickly onboard new team members.
• Develop a training curriculum that is repeatable and scalable.
• Leverage expertise across different teams for specific training needs.
• Help position the Partner and SE teams for success.
• Hands-on coaching (ICP, qualification, competitive differentiators, objection handling, product knowledge, tech stack, etc.)
• Own our sequencing and auto-dialer tools (Outreach & Orum) including implementing best practices, developing and maintaining sequence and email template libraries, and measuring results on an ongoing basis.
• This individual will work closely with sales leadership as well as top reps to align on priority areas and bring key knowledge together to help impact sales, renewals, and upsells

Requirements

• A highly collaborative individual who thrives in working with others.
• Polished professional able to present ideas and lead sessions that engage and inspire the audience.
• A process-oriented person capable of taking complex learning needs and translating those into systems and processes to be used globally.
• 8+ years working at a SaaS/software company.
• 4+ years experience in enablement or in a software sales position.
• Bonus: Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
• Bonus: Experience in the AI Ops / IT Ops space.

Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $135,000 - 155,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. BigPanda offers a generous total rewards package that includes base pay, bonus, equity, and a world-class benefits program.
