What You'll Do

  • Create and deliver a sales training cadence and programs covering onboarding and continuous learning for product knowledge, selling skills, and coaching for managers.
  • Bring value-based sales methodologies and MEDDPICC to life within the Mapbox selling process so that it becomes the constant for managing and inspecting deals with sellers and sales leadership.
  • Develop and deliver focused enablement programs on prospecting best practices, tools and tech stack to ensure world-class pipeline generation efforts across inbound and strategic outbound prospecting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales Leadership to develop and distribute content and resources tailored to various stages of the sales cycle to ensure sales teams are equipped with up-to-date information on product features, competitive positioning, and market trends.
  • Provide cross-functional oversight for the creation of first call decks, playbooks, and other assets that empower the sales team to succeed.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop and refine sales tools such as account plans, deal proposals and mutual action plans
  • Leverage all enablement programs to build a partner enablement framework.

What We Believe Are Important Traits For This Role

  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven success in building and scaling a sales enablement function from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN), and best practices.
  • Experience developing and delivering engaging training programs, sales playbooks, and content.
  • Familiarity with enablement technologies (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Gong, Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure impact and continuously iterate.

Our annual base compensation for this role ranges from $161,500 - $218,500 for most US locations and 5% to 10% higher for US locations with a higher cost of labor. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.
