We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Enablement Manager to empower our sales team with the tools, content, training, and resources necessary to excel in their roles. This role is a strategic partner to sales leadership, working cross-functionally to design and execute programs that improve sales productivity, drive revenue growth, and align with business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and maintain sales training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales methodologies, and competitive positioning.
  • Create onboarding programs for new hires to accelerate their productivity.
  • Develop and manage sales enablement materials, including playbooks, pitch decks, case studies, and product guides.
  • Ensure content is relevant, accessible, and aligned with the sales process and buyer journey.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement technologies, such as CRM and sales engagement platforms.
  • Train sales teams on effectively using tools and technology to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify skill gaps, training needs, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights to sales leadership to drive strategic decisions.
  • Partner with Marketing to align on messaging, content creation, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Work with Product teams to ensure the sales team understands product features, updates, and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to streamline processes and maintain data accuracy.
  • Lead the development of enablement initiatives, such as workshops, certifications, and role-play exercises.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of enablement programs and iterate based on feedback and outcomes.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role within a B2B environment.
  • Experience in the financial crime domain – a must.
  • Proven track record of improving sales performance through enablement initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and coaching abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and metrics.
  • Expertise in sales methodoalogies, such as Value Base Selling / CCS s a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content management platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
