LumApps is hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing team and help build our global sales enablement program from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact on the performance and productivity of our revenue teams.

You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to deliver programs that improve onboarding, accelerate ramp time, embed MEDDPICC, and drive consistency across our sales motions. You will be instrumental in turning strategy into execution. delivering scalable content, playbooks, tools, and training that help reps close more, faster.

*What you will do*

  • Program Development & Execution
    • Co-build and scale the global sales enablement program in alignment with company goals and sales process evolution
    • Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end onboarding and continuous learning programs for Sales teams, Internal Partner/Channel Teams, Customer Success teams, and Channel Partner Enablement.
    • Operationalize the sales process with clear enablement materials, playbooks, and just-in-time content (Phase 1). Adapt content for Partnerships and Channel Enablement (Phase 2)
  • Training & Coaching
    • Deliver high-impact training sessions across the full sales funnel, from prospecting and discovery to closing and expansion
    • Partner with frontline managers to coach reps on deal strategy, opportunity qualification (MEDDPICC), and pipeline velocity
    • Reinforce core competencies via role-plays, certifications, and reinforcement content
  • Content & Tool Ownership
    • Create, own, and maintain sales enablement content, ensuring alignment with current messaging, product updates, and sales stages
    • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, and customer success to package compelling competitive intelligence, battlecards, and talk tracks
    • Simplify and streamline access to tools and resources in rep-friendly formats
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to align go-to-market initiatives
    • Drive adoption and feedback loops for new tools, messaging, and methodologies
    • Partner with Rev Ops to analyze sales KPIs, rep behavior, and program data to optimize impact and report outcomes to stakeholders
    • Collaborate with the Partnerships and Channel Sales teams to develop relevant content, driving deep partner relationships and channel sales.

*What we are looking for*

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or a related GTM role.
    • Proven experience creating and managing enablement programs that drive measurable revenue outcomes
    • Skilled in adult learning principles, content creation, sales coaching, and program facilitation
    • Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed SaaS environment
    • Hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce), eLearning tools (i.e., Articulate Rise), and Content Management tools (LumApps, Magentrix) preferred. Partner Relationship Tool experience is a plus.
    • Experience supporting B2B SaaS sales teams (AE, BDR/SDR, AM) across multiple geographies and sales motions.
