Your mission:

As a Sales Enablement Manager, your mission is to empower our sales teams with the sales tactics, knowledge, resources, and coaching they need to excel. You will be a strategic partner to our sales leadership, playing a pivotal role in driving our sales teams’ success. Your primary goal will be to streamline processes, equip our teams with the right resources and training, and foster an environment where our salespeople can thrive and consistently hit their targets.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement customized enablement programs for our AEs, SDRs, and CSM equipping them with the knowledge, training, sales tactics, and resources required for success in their respective roles.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify gaps, optimize enablement efforts, and ensure your initiatives are driving measurable results.
  • Lead onboarding and continuous training programs, ensuring both new hires and existing team members are equipped with the sales skills, product knowledge, and confidence to excel from day one.
  • Design and deliver playbooks, competitive battle cards, and other resources to help the teams navigate sales conversations, handle objections, and close deals efficiently.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, support, and feedback to AE, SDR, and CSM teams through regular check-ins, workshops, and feedback sessions, ensuring continuous development and performance improvement.
  • Facilitate regular role plays, product pitch sessions, and call listening/shadowing exercises to reinforce training, uncover coaching opportunities, and prepare teams for real-world sales scenarios.
  • Ensure the successful rollout and strong adoption of sales tools and processes across all teams, providing training and support to maximize their impact on performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create tailored sales collateral and presentations that meet the unique needs of each team and the markets they serve.
  • Partner with product teams to ensure sales teams are fully informed of product updates and new features, and are well-prepared to effectively communicate these to prospects.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to establish KPIs and enablement metrics that align with the specific goals of the sales teams.

We’d love to work with you if:

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in a sales enablement, sales training, or related role, specifically within the Ad Tech industry. Prior experience in the CTV and OTT industry, as well as prior sales experience is a plus!
  • You have a strong understanding of the sales process and are skilled at developing coaching strategies that elevate sales teams’ performance.
  • You have the ability to thrive autonomously in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • You’re data-driven, with strong analytical skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • You’re proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and Notion is a plus!
