About the Role

We're seeking a strategic Revenue Enablement Lead to architect the revenue acceleration engine that drives measurable impact across our global GTM organization. You’ll own reducing ramp time by 40%+ across our GTM roles while driving increased productivity. You will directly help us build and maintain our unique competitive advantage by equipping our sellers with build demand with highly technical engineers & architects. You’ll lead with the architecture & strategy, and then roll up your sleeves to put it into practice.

What You’ll Own

  • Architect the Enablement Engine: Design and own the global onboarding, ramp, and continuous enablement strategy across Sales, SEs, and GTM teams—from fundamentals to advanced technical storytelling.
  • Accelerate Time-to Productivity: Design programs that reduce new hire ramp time by 40%+ while improving quota attainment.
  • Increase Win Rates: Develop competitive frameworks and differentiation strategies that directly impact deal outcomes
  • Translate Tech into Value: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate complex cloud data tech into clear, differentiated value propositions that sellers can land and expand.
  • Empower with Content & Tools: Create scalable enablement content—pitch decks, demo narratives, competitive plays, objection handling guides—delivered through platforms like Highspot or Seismic.
  • Drive Product Mastery: Lead technical enablement programs that ensure our GTM teams deeply understand Firebolt’s architecture, differentiators, and use cases—staying in sync with product releases.
  • Measure What Matters: Define KPIs, analyze enablement program effectiveness, and iterate to improve seller ramp time, pipeline velocity, and quota attainment.
  • Be a Force Multiplier: Enable teams not just to sell, but to sell smarter—with the right message, to the right persona, at the right time.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in Revenue Enablement with proven track record building programs that demonstrably improved sales performance metrics (ramp time, quota attainment, win rates)
  • Deep technical acumen and the ability to translate engineering speak into crisp commercial messaging.
  • Proven track record building scalable enablement programs from scratch (think: onboarding, certifications, continuous learning, field readiness).
  • Collaborative partner to Sales, SEs, Product, and Marketing; you operate cross-functionally and influence without authority.
  • Experience with enablement platforms (e.g. Highspot, Seismic, Mindtickle), CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce), and LMS systems.
  • Obsessive about outcomes, not just activity. You connect enablement to productivity, performance, and revenue impact.
  • Bonus: Experience supporting pre-sales engineers or technical sales motions.

The pay range listed below reflects the base salary for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. As part of our compensation philosophy, the total compensation is tailored to each candidate and influenced by factors such as job-related skills, level of experience, relevant certifications, and geographical location, to name a few.
