About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Enablement Lead to develop and implement new hire programs and sales enablement strategies, with a focus on technical understanding and execution. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who can bridge the gap between our engineering and sales teams, ensuring that our salespeople are equipped with the right knowledge, tools, and resources to succeed. You will be responsible for creating scalable and impactful training programs, onboarding materials, and continuous enablement strategies to support the growth of Firebolt’s sales teams and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement onboarding and ongoing training programs for new hires and sales teams, focusing on technical product knowledge.
  • Develop and manage technical training content, including product documentation, demos, and enablement tools for sales teams.
  • Work with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure training aligns with product updates and customer needs.
  • Deliver ongoing technical training and up-skill sales teams on new products and features.
  • Distribute sales enablement content and ensure the team has the right tools and resources.
  • Track the effectiveness of enablement programs and adjust strategies to meet sales objectives.
  • Assist with technical presentations, demos, and RFP responses to support sales efforts.
  • Support sales efforts with tailored technical presentations, demos, and responses to RFPs, working closely with the sales and solutions engineering teams.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales enablement or a similar role, with a strong technical background, ideally in cloud data infrastructure, AI, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible training materials for sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs and sales enablement resources.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to execute on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and platforms (e.g., Seismic, Highspot, etc.) is a plus.

The pay range listed below reflects the base salary for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. As part of our compensation philosophy, the total compensation is tailored to each candidate and influenced by factors such as job-related skills, level of experience, relevant certifications, and geographical location, to name a few.

Local Pay Range - $225,000-$375,000 per year USD
