The Sales Enablement Associate plays a pivotal role in enhancing sales team effectiveness by providing resources, training, tools, and processes that improve productivity and drive revenue growth. You will work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure that sales representatives are equipped to engage prospects and clients with precision and confidence.
In this dynamic role, you’ll be the engine that keeps our Sales Boot Camp running smoothly, organizing, coordinating, and moderating sessions that prepare our new Sales Directors to thrive. You’ll also dive into impactful projects that enhance our tools, streamline our processes, and measure our results, all while collaborating with talented colleagues across the organization.
We’re looking for someone who is organized yet creative, tech-savvy yet people-focused, a true go-getter who wants to grow their skills and make a tangible impact.
What You’ll Do
- Accelerate ramp: Support onboarding and boot camps that reduce time to value.
- Deliver sharp curriculum: Build and refresh learning assets with new tools and SME input.
- Maximize tech adoption: Admin our enablement tools, train sellers on features, and resolve issues fast.
- Turn data into action: Track participation, link learning to pipeline metrics, and recommend fixes to close skill gaps.
- Enable strategic programs: Coordinate Account Planning and ad-hoc growth initiatives to ensure flawless execution.
What You'll Bring to Numerator
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ year of experience in Sales or a Sales-supporting role
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation skills and comfort engaging groups
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and an eagerness to learn
- Confidence working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Competency in G Suite & Microsoft Office Programs (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Drive, etc.)
- Experience using and learning new software tools
- Familiarity with tracking and reporting metrics, especially in a training or sales context
- Above all—a results-driven attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed
