About The Role

The Sales Enablement Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting our global sales organization to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and excellence. Reporting to Field leadership, this role requires close collaboration with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to create a cohesive approach that empowers sales professionals to sell project44 solutions with confidence. The successful candidate will drive the creation of impactful collateral, deliver targeted training and support adoption. The result will be a unified, solution-oriented sales approach that enhances the effectiveness and success of our field teams.

Key Accountabilities

  • Analyze both sales performance data and qualitative field feedback to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in processes, tools, and skills.
  • Develop and maintain training programs, sales content, and resources to equip sales teams with the tools they need. Measure the effectiveness of these programs and refine them based on feedback.
  • Assist in onboarding programs for new sales team members to accelerate ramp time and ensure alignment with company messaging and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales Operations) to ensure the sales team has the resources and tools needed to succeed. Provide market insights to refine messaging and positioning .
  • Manage and optimize sales enablement tools (CRM, learning management systems, content management platforms) to drive adoption and efficiency.
  • Support sales leaders with performance insights and reporting, enabling data-driven decisions.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to measure the impact of enablement initiatives and iterate based on feedback and results.

Requirements & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills and change management skills
  • Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in sales tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic, Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar platforms).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, impactful content.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of detail and organization.
  • Collaborative mindset with a desire to partner across teams and drive results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
