In this role, you will make a significant impact by shaping the strategic direction of our product marketing initiatives. Your expertise will drive brand awareness and customer engagement across various channels, helping our partner grow its market presence exponentially. You will lead a team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and enhance the adoption of innovative solutions in the data pipeline space. Accountabilities
- Own the positioning and messaging of our products to increase pipeline and adoption.
- Conduct primary and secondary research to discover user and buyer personas and refine positioning.
- Help Sales and Enablement teams to improve sales outcomes through effective objection handling.
- Drive customer advocacy to improve adoption, usage, and referrals.
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
- Build and grow the Product Marketing team through hiring and mentoring.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing.
- Experience in building processes about user research and GTM strategy.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to understand and solve customer issues empathetically.
- Deep understanding of business and market trends.
- Experience in driving business impact at a growth-stage startup in a leadership role.
