Success in this role looks like:

The ideal candidate has experience across product marketing, full-funnel strategy, campaign execution, and asset development. This person is a marketing generalist with strategic depth, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and previous leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and own the integrated marketing strategy aligned with business goals
    • Define KPIs and measure the performance of campaigns, channels, and content
  • Product Marketing
    • Lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for products
    • Create compelling product collateral for sales, web, and campaigns
    • Ownership and management of one or more products
  • Campaign & Content Execution
    • Manage and develop multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, organic, social, events)
    • Oversee the development of marketing assets (landing pages, decks, one-pagers, etc.)
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Partner with product, sales, and customer success to align messaging and initiatives
    • Supporting cross-functional teams with strategy development and asset creation.
    • Potentially manage a small team or agency partners
    • Create and lead an advisory council of industry experts. Organize and lead advisory meetings and user conferences.
  • Team Leadership (Preferred but Not Required)
    • Mentor junior marketers or contractors


Requirements

Preferred Skills

  • Previous leadership or team management experience (preferred)
  • 6+ years of product management/marketing experience, including 1-2 years in a customer/market-facing role.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong ROI-tracking skills with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at creating high-quality marketing assets.
  • Proven experience developing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies
  • Ability to work independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tailoring communications to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in a consensus-driven, collaborative culture.
  • Ability to build and maintain formal and informal networks within and outside the organization.

  • Must have access to a wired internet connection and have access to at least a 25 megabits per second (mbps) download and 20 mbps upload speed connection

The salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000. We may be open to negotiating outside of this range if the desired salary aligns with the needs of the candidate and the company.
